TAN Healthcare is a Community Health Center, with two locations in Beaumont and Orange. We are proud to serve the community, regardless of your ability to pay. We serve patients who are both insured and uninsured.
TAN Healthcare takes most private insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid for both primary care and behavioral health services. We will work with you to help determine your benefits to maximize care available.
Sliding Fee Discount Offered
At TAN Healthcare, we are committed to providing quality care for all, regardless of your ability to pay. We offer a sliding fee discount for patients without health insurance, based on family size and income. If a co-pay is required, payment is due at the time of service.
If you are unable to pay, we can set up a payment plan if needed. To qualify for the discount, the following items must be provided.
- Proof of Address w/ a CURRENT lease agreement, phone or utility bill.
- Proof of Income w/ Last two Payroll check stubs.
- Proof of Unemployment, TANF award letter, SSI/SSD statement or income tax return.
